* Pineau d'Aunis: a very old variety (known in Guérande in 1755) somewhat forgotten, it could originate from the South-West and have passed through the Charentes (Aunis and Saintonge) to settle in the Loire Valley where he found a welcoming land, especially on the banks of the Loir.
Aging: 16 months in terracotta jars.
No fining, total SO2 30 mg / l.
Characteristics: intense aromas of spices, pepper, raspberry and red berries; fresh, crunchy and delicate on the palate.
