Grape varieties: blend of Cabernet Franc (60%) and Merlot (40%), our oldest plots.

Fermentation: 2 to 3 weeks

Storage: 12 months in barrels (no new wood!;) Then 30 months in concrete vats (from the 2016 vintage)

No sticking, total S02 about 30 mgL.

Characteristics: expressive, elegant, fine and complex wine.

To drink over 10 years.
